Konfident was started by Brian Halkjær and Thomas S. Rasmussen in 2019. The two have collaborated and worked with IT, software, and system integration for several years and previously had a successful collaboration in a software company which was sold in 2016.
In Konfident they help large and medium-sized companies to build, or improve, their practices around Enterprise Architecture Management. They do this through a combination of business understanding, LeanIX tool expertise and recognition of each customer's unique situation.
We have had a close collaboration for many years and complement each other well in terms of technology and business. We have a shared understanding of how our joint business must be run in both a professional and positive spirit, where employees thrive, and customers want to build long lasting relationships. Specialist in IT architecture at both solution and enterprise level, and with broad industry experience. Brian has also been involved in founding several software companies and has acted as an advisor and sparring partner for a number of companies.
Over a period of years, he worked as a senior IT architect at the LEGO Group.
Brian has a degree in software engineering.
Co-Founder
Specialist in business development and strategy. Founded, and for several years headed up, a software company focusing on enterprise applications and systems integration within the energy and utilities industry.
Thomas has also held leadership positions in several industrial companies.
He has a MSc. in process control, that has been supplemented with management studies.
